I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was remarkable, from the spotless rooms to the impeccable housekeeping service. Additionally, the hotel facilities were modern and convenient, with impressive transportation services despite its central location within walking distance of many prominent attractions. I particularly enjoyed the filling and delicious breakfast, and the staff was always welcoming and assisted me in every way possible.

Thia is a geat boutique hotel. . Our room was spacious , clean , and very relaxing. Check-in was easy. Staff very helpful , and made us feel at home. It has a lot of character ,and we would stay again .We felt so relaxed here that we extended our stay for another 4 nights. The restaurant in the hotel has very reasonably priced meals. 2 musicians added to the experience. I wouldl reccomend this hotel -great value , charming hotel.

Every single thing. Top class room, spacious, clean, quiet. Bathroom fantastic. Service, very friendly and efficient Food, top class Vietnamese, live music. Price.

The hotel was in the center of Hanoi. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Nha Hang Ngon that was only 5 minutes' walk away

Friendly staff and clean rooms. the breakfast was nice with fresh ingredients and a variety of choices. the location was great, walking distance to many restaurants and sights to see.

The hot water in the shower was not always consistent. the gym was small and not well-equipped.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the business district but still within easy reach of all the tourist attractions. We were impressed with the level of service provided, from the room service to the housekeeping. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering a welcome change from the usual local cuisine. we had a fantastic experience here.

A Hidden Gem

During my recent stay at De Syloia Hotel, I had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the CBD area. The staff were incredibly pleasant and always ready to help. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The free WiFi and breakfast included were definitely a plus. The only minor drawback was the carpeting, which could use an update. But overall, I would highly recommend De Syloia for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Hanoi.

Great service and staff were always willing to help. Convenient location, close to popular tourist spots and the train station. Enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, plus the breakfast provided was satisfying.

The gym facilities were a bit limited, could be better. , the noise from construction nearby was disruptive during the day.

The hotel remained a top choice when visiting, with reliably good service in a safe, quiet location on a main street. the room is comfortably appointed with modern bathrooms, a staff that are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. In the restaurant, the fish in claypot is highly recommended. the hotel was within a walking distance of major attractions and the area in Hanoi is pleasant.

The breakfast was so-so, but it didn't spoil our overall stay.
